It has PSTN line receivers latest generation with independent module on each line, supporting all known formats such as Ademco Contact ID, SIA, Ademco Express and FBI Superfast. In addition, it incorporates GPRS receivers for mobile phone signals and TCP/IP receivers for receiving signals via the Internet. The infrastructure is based on reliable Hewlett-Packard servers, so that any damage does not affect the operation, while the underground telephone network with a leased digital circuit ensures a stable connection to the Internet. The software KERVEROS offers fast processing of incoming signals without manual intervention, while the advanced VoIP call center audio records all calls and provides a full report.

I already have a contract with another signal receiving center. Can I transfer to Askounis Security? And if so, how?

Yes, you can, provided that your contract has expired. In the event that you transfer to us from another Signal Receiving Center, we offer you a 10% discount for the first year.

What equipment do I need to connect to the signal receiving center? Do I need to buy a new alarm system?

In most cases, you will not need additional equipment, because most modern security systems have the ability to connect to any Signal Receiving Center. However, in the event that your system does not support connection to a Signal Receiving Center, we offer you a 30% discount on the purchase of a new system from our company.

What is the duration of the contract I will sign with Askounis Security?

The duration of the contract is for one year, after which your contract is converted into an indefinite term, upon agreement.
